Born out of a National Geographic magazine assignment to explore the far edges of virtual worlds, bringing back photographs made with virtual cameras. "Edges" evloved as I found that some worlds had barriers and no way to jump off the edge. And an even stranger in-between when sections of worlds could not load or had not loaded yet, and I could pass through the semi-invisible barrier/edge that protected/demarcated that property. This barrier was inside Somnium.
