Of course it’s just a tease, but that really was My silhouette ten years ago when someone dear to Me took My photo at 1:30 in the morning after we had walked a ways down an old country road covered by a couple inches of freshly fallen snow. Everything everywhere was white, powdered and untouched like after the softest of confectionary sugar storms. Tabla rasa, indeed. I was walking a bit ahead of them as we neared the single streetlight shining through the pitch where the embossed asphalt dead-ended into a slightly more substantial stretch of roadway, when they asked Me to turn around. Said I looked cool silhouetted ahead of them with the light a bit beyond. I turned around with My walking stick and they snapped the crisp shadow photo of your friend and artist.
