Humans are surrounded by a vast array of sounds, yet they cannot hear all of them. 19 Hz is a frequency that typically exists in the background, at the threshold between audible and inaudible. This project is a visual narrative of 19 Hz; a story of memories that have been deliberately pushed into the depths, existing at the border between recollection and forgetfulness.
